Dangal director Nitesh Tiwari's next Chhichhore goes on floors, cast still under wraps
Director Nitesh Tiwari, who last helmed the Aamir Khan-starrer Dangal, is back in the director’s chair after almost two years. Tiwari’s next Chhichhore went on floors on Sunday, he revealed in a tweet. The director wrote, “Today is a special day as the shooting of my next film #Chhichhore starts. Thank you #SajidNadiadwala and @foxstarhindi for joining me in this new and exciting journey. @NGEMovies”
Details pertaining to the film have been kept under wraps. However, there are rumours that Chhichhore will feature Sushant Singh Rajput, Shraddha Kapoor, Prateik Babbar and Varun Sharma in the lead roles.
The film is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under the film production banner of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. It will be presented by Fox Star Hindi. (Prateik Babbar excited to join Shraddha Kapoor and Sushant Singh Rajput in Nitesh Tiwari's next)
Besides Dangal, Tiwari has earlier directed films such as Chillar Party and Bhoothnath Returns. He has also written dialogue, screenplay and story for films Kill Dil, Nil Battey Sannata and Bareilly Ki Barfi. The latter two were directed by Ashwiny.
