Shraddha Kapoor's Brother Siddhant Opens Up About His Role In 'Haseena: Queen Of Mumbai'
As it is known that Bollywood starlet Shradhha Kapoor will be next seen in ‘Haseena: Queen Of Mumbai’. The Ek Villain star will be portraying the role of the wanted underworld don Dawood Ibrahim’s sister Haseena Parkar. Shraddha’s brother Siddhant Kapoor will be playing the role of underworld don Dawood.
The trailer of the movie was just released and has accrued large viewership. Shraddha is playing the lead role in the movie and can be seen donning a different look unlike her looks in the previous movies. Regarding the role of Dawood, Siddhant was quoted as saying, "To understand his psyche was difficult. The transformation was both emotional and physical. I had to eat, walk, look and think like him. I read Dongri To Dubai and even met Hussain Zaidi. He offered me an insight into Dawood's life".
The debutant actor further revealed that Haseena’s family shared information about Dawood’s early days. Siddhant was quoted as saying, "They gave us valuable insights. He was a street-smart guy, who knew how to get his dirty work done by others". ‘Haseena: Queen of Mumbai’ is helmed by Apoorva Lakhia and is slated to release on August 18.
